NoticeMed is available with Individual Membership or Enterprise Membership.

Individual Membership

Easy to Enroll: A health care professional can establish an individual membership, simply by pressing the JOIN button on the home page at Noticemed.com, and providing an active NPI number, an active credit card account, an email for a user ID, and then creating a password.  

The individual member also receives a unique NoticeMed professional web address (URL), and can receive one-way secure messages with anyone with whom he or she has shared this NoticeMed web address URL. 

Organization Membership

Any health care organization can request a NoticeMed Organization account. The organization is then provided a Message Manager user admin function web portal, from which it can enroll its professional and staff roster, update and delete at will, enjoy coordinated group messaging and on-call integration, create and coordinate staff and care location messaging, pay one convenient online monthly invoice, and enjoy unlimited messaging with any and all NoticeMed members within and outside of the organization.

Practice Messaging

NoticeMed organization members can also enjoy NoticeMed Practice Messaging. With Practice messaging, patients and others can message a health care practice, directly via the organization’s website, to request an appointment, or get test results, or place any general inquiry, utilizing the NoticeMed Practice Messaging application, linked to their web site. The messages are delivered, securely and one-way, into the NoticeMed Practice Operator Message Center, and from there can be routed, via NoticeMed, internally as desired by the organization.
